On November 28th, we kicked off a new era of spectral sensing technologies with the launch of our renewed NIRONE Device and the grand opening event of our new headquarters in Helsinki. We were extremely happy to witness such a big crowd of our partners, journalists and people interested in the future of spectroscopy at the event. See the video about the event here.
After enjoying brunch and listening to the welcoming words of our CEO Jarkko Antila, an inspirational keynote speech was given by our international guest Carlos Lee, Director General of EPIC. He talked about the endless possibilities of sensor technologies, ranging from smart industries to medical use. Lee’s invigorating speech was an excellent introduction to the world of photonics, and paved the way for the grand reveal and launch of our revolutionary new NIRONE Device. After describing the key elements of the device and letting it work its magic on stage in the hands of our CEO, we hosted multiple live demos with the device showing its many uses in different types of material measurements.
All in all, the event was a success, and we would again like to thank everyone who came to our event and showed their support!
